We are A Brush With Love, which is the trading name of Barkers and Bath Ltd.

These Terms of Service set out how we provide our products and services to you. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders

1.1 How orders are placed

Orders can be placed through our website or by email.
An order placed by email (including a repeat-order request) is treated the same as an order placed through the website.

1.2 Your commitment to pay

By placing an order you agree to pay for the goods in full, including VAT and shipping, in line with our separate Payment Terms.

1.3 Pricing

All prices exclude VAT and shipping.
Prices and quantity-break discounts may change at any time. Minimum order quantities may apply.

2. Personalised Artwork, Logos and Messages

2.1 Templates and artwork

We use our standard templates for artwork, layout, and inside messages unless otherwise agreed.

2.2 Supplying your logo

You are responsible for providing high-quality artwork. Logos must be 300 dpi for good print results.
We may contact you if we think the resolution is too low, but we cannot guarantee to catch every issue.

2.3 Proofs

Proofs are not sent as standard, as this helps keep your prices low.
Proofs may be provided at our discretion, particularly:

  • for very large orders

  • for first-time clients, where we have questions

  • if there is an issue that requires your approval

2.4 Your responsibility to check details

Please review your order details carefully before submitting. We are not responsible for errors in spelling, layout requests, logos, or other customised content supplied by you.

2.5 Copyright and Original Material

If you supply any wording, artwork, logos, or other content for your order, you confirm that:

  • It is your own work, or you have permission to use it.

  • It does not infringe anyone else’s copyright or other rights.

  • You grant us permission to use it to produce your order.

You agree to be responsible for any claims or costs arising if these statements are not correct. We may refuse or cancel your order if we believe the content could infringe someone else’s rights.

3. Production & Delivery

3.1 Turnaround time

Our standard production timeframe is 10 working days. This equates to roughly two full weeks, as working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. During periods with additional closures — for example, Easter or bank-holiday weekends — the production timeframe will naturally extend. Please take this into account when placing orders to avoid any misunderstanding.

3.2 Christmas closure

We close for two weeks over Christmas. The exact dates are published on our social media and newsletter each year.

3.3 Shipping

Our standard delivery method is Royal Mail 48 Tracked, chosen because it offers a reliable, lower-carbon option. If you require a faster delivery service, you may request this by adding a note to your order. While we cannot guarantee the availability of alternative shipping methods, we will try to accommodate if possible.

4. Changes, Cancellations & Returns

Details of cancellations, amendments, returns and refunds are set out in our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.

Personalised items cannot usually be cancelled once printing has started.

5. Use of Our Website & Content

All images, designs, and content on our website belong to A Brush With Love.
You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

6. Liability

We take great care with all orders, but we are not responsible for:

  • mistakes in custom text or artwork supplied by you

  • delays caused by couriers or events outside our control

  • colour variations due to screen differences

Our responsibility to you is limited to the value of the order in question.

These documents are available on our website and may be updated from time to time.

8. Changes to These Terms
